Sometimes this can happen to international cards, particularly those issued in the UK and Canada in our experience, because of the difference in how banks format and handle billing addresses. Whether it was an international card or not we recommend checking:
- That the billing address and zip code on the order matches what the bank has on file for your card.
- If there was a typo. In which case, try again.
- Or try using a different card
Ultimately, we can loosen the credit card processing security settings and have you try again, but would need a copy of your ID that matches your/the cardholder’s name. If none of these options seem to be working, please contact us at info@myovaterra.com.
