My credit card payment keeps getting declined. What can I do?

We are sorry, this is frustrating! Especially with credit cards issued in non-US countries, the most likely problem is the billing address. What you entered during checkout may not have matched exactly what the card-issuing bank has on file for your card. Because different countries handle address formats and address verification differently, even when you enter the billing address correctly, the system can return an error.

You have a few options:

  1. Contacting your bank to verify the billing address they have on your card and trying again.
  2. Trying a different credit card.
  3. Using PayPal, if you have a PayPal account.
