Help CenterThe length of time it takes for your shipment to arrive at your destination depends on the shipment method, delivery location and time/day of order. You will see delivery estimates of different shipping options when you check out, but please keep in mind that estimates provided by carriers are not always accurate. It's best to order with some buffer so you don't run out of your supplements.
Putting your supplements on subscription is even better - we'll ship your supplements every 28 days so you can stay on your routine with minimal interruption and pretty much no work on your part.
We need approximately 24 hours to prepare your order for shipment during the week. We do not prepare shipments on the weekends.
- Orders placed from 9 pm on Sunday to 9 pm on Monday: Shipped out on Tuesday
- Orders placed from 9 pm on Monday to 9 pm on Tuesday: Shipped out on Wednesday
- Orders placed from 9 pm on Tuesday to 9 pm on Wednesday: Shipped out on Thursday
- Orders placed from 9 pm on Wednesday to 12pm on Friday: Shipped out on Friday
Any orders placed between 12pm Friday and 12pm Monday will be shipped on Monday.

- President’s Day (17th February 2020)
- Memorial Day (25th May 2020)
- Independence Day (3rd July 2020)
- Labor Day (7th September 2020)
- Thanksgiving Day (26th November 2020)
- Friday after Thanksgiving (27th November 2020)
- Christmas Day (25th December 2020)
Orders placed on these holidays above, as well as those placed after 2 pm on the day before these holidays, will be shipped out on the next business day. Around the holidays, we recommend ordering in advance.
