Help CenterYes, we ship overseas to a limited number of countries, where we have not had problems with customs. All the countries we do ship to are listed in the shipping dropdown menu during checkout. Customers having our products shipped internationally should note that the risk of package loss is much higher. In cases of packages lost or confiscated during transit, we cannot be responsible for the loss. Please also note that customers are responsible for any customs due.
What if my country is not listed in the shipping option?
1) Shipping directly to you
Even when your country is not listed in the shipping option, we can ship to your country, depending on which supplements you need. We cannot send supplements containing DHEA to most countries, including Australia, Canada, the UK and the EU countries, but if you are interested in other supplements, please email info@myovaterra.com with the following information:
- Which supplements you'd like to purchase, and how many
- Your shipping address
- Your biling address (if different)
- How quickly you'd like your order to arrive
Then, we will send you an invoice with a payment link to process your international order.
2) Working with a company or a friend/family in the US
Another option is to place your order with a US shipping address of a freight forwarding company, or your friend/family member.
- If you have a friend or family member in the United States, you can place your order and have it shipped to the friend or family member, who can then send the package to you personally. This is the best method, but we understand that not everyone has a friend or family in the United States.
- There are freight forwarders that can receive your order and forward it to you. If you use this option, please make an arrangement first with the freight forwarder of your choice, and place an order on our website, following the forwarder's direction for shipping address. It's a good idea to ask them if they allow vitamins and supplements, as some freight forwarders do not.
3) Purchasing from a distribution partner
If you are in the UK or one of the EU countries, we have local distribution partners who can send some Ovaterra supplements, including Fertinatal DHEA, OvoEnergen CoQ10 and Advanced Prenatal directly to you.
- In the UK, you can contact Zen Pharmacy (bakerstreet@zenhealthcare.co.uk | 020 3609 0080) or Harley Street Fertility Clinic (info@hsfc.org.uk | 020 7436 6838). You will need a prescription to purchase Fertinatal DHEA in the UK.
